Please complete this Student Aid Form by July 31. Requests submitted after the deadline will be accepted on a funds-available basis. If financial assistance is approved, you will receive a confirmation letter and your account will be credited with the amount of scholarship granted. Please note that the $150 per student enrollment fee and the $100 security fee are separate from tuition and not eligible for scholarship.
Please include any information which you think will aid the committee in making any decision, or to explain any unusual circumstances.
